Placing a wholesale order from A Year of Dates Limited indicates that you are in agreement with the below Terms and Conditions of sale. We encourage all our customers to read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Minimum Order Value
We have a minimum order value of £150 ex VAT and shipping.
2. Ordering and Availability
We endeavour to maintain a good availability on our products, however due to the nature to which they are manually assembled, we cannot guarantee 100% stock availability at all times. If you wish to place a large order then contact us at wholesale@ayearofdates.co.uk to discuss your needs.
Orders can be placed by contacting us via phone or email, an invoice will then be generated and emailed. Full payment is required to confirm the order.
3. RRP
Our products, or goods purchased from A Year of Dates shall only be sold at the recommended retail price (RRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount. We ask that all our Wholesale Partners do not discount the products more than 20% below RRP without speaking to us first.
4. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in UK Pound Sterling, excluding VAT.
Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice.
We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any orders up to the value of £500. Shipping will be free for orders over £500 within the UK.
5. Charitable Donations
A Year of Dates are committed to donate a fixed percentage of RRP to chosen charities on selected products. This contribution is reflected in the Wholesale price where appropriate. As the Wholesale Partner is contributing to this donation they may promote the charity partnership through their own marketing material. Approval is required before any materials are produced, please contact wholesale@ayearofdates.co.uk to discuss.
6. Returns
Returns must be made in writing directly to A Year of Dates within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without A Year of Dates prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer

7. Payments
We can accept wholesale order payments via the following methods
- Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express)
- Bank Transfer
- All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
Credit card payments do not incur a merchant fee. A Year of Dates reserves the right to change this at anytime.
8. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
9. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods for orders under £500.
A Year of Dates will provide a shipping quote when an order is placed.
Orders over £500 qualify for free shipping within the UK.
Please provide details of any delivery restrictions or preferences such as palletised orders for bulk quantities. It is the buyers responsibility to provide all relevant shipping/delivery instructions. A Year of Dates will not pay to resend any returned/declined orders.
10. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact A Year of Dates within 5 days of receipt in the event of any damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
11. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time which will be discussed at the time of enquiry, and confirmed with the invoice; please contact A Year of Dates for information about availability.
12. Backorders
In the event an order is placed on back order, only 50% of the cost is required at point of order. The remaining 50% will be payable prior to shipment.
13. Shipping International Orders
We will ship international orders.
However due to customs processes and delivery costs please get in touch so your requirement can be reviewed, costed and a viable shipping solution established.
