When life hits us with a health, or personal issue, it can knock our mental and physical strength. This box has been developed with the help of therapists and people who have experienced difficult times to create a gift for anyone who needs a gentle nudge to be kind to themselves.

Along with 12 straightforward activities (aimed at one a month) each card has a motivational quote and a song suggestion that is included to inspire.

Unlike our other boxes these cards aren’t sealed in envelopes, as we understand each person will benefit from a certain card at different times. There is a coloured envelope supplied which can be used with the card that suggests writing a letter to yourself.

Following the global situation in 2020 we feel like this box has the opportunity to offer some hope to a lot of people. With this in mind 10% of each sale will be donated to NHS Charities Together to continue to fund the amazing work they do.

How to make the gift personal

 There are two colours of box available – black and kraft (brown) and the option to have text only, or include a rainbow – the symbol of hope we’ve all come to love recently. You can also add the recipients name, or a short message which will appear below the logo in a choice of 6 vibrant colours.

Environment

We aim to produce gifts that are 100% recyclable, and we encourage all those enjoying opening envelopes to recycle them after they’ve completed their activities.

Our boxes are 100% recyclable, and are constructed from ‘greyboard’ which is made from a mix of recycled and waste paper. The outer wrap paper is also recyclable.

Where possible the paper we use for our card and envelopes is sourced from FSC certified suppliers.

Shipping Information

We wish we could hand deliver every order placed with us. Alas this isn't possible so we have to rely on the postman.

We offer free Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery on orders to the mainland UK over £20. These are usually delivered the next working day, but this is not guaranteed.
Express orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders less than £20 are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typical takes 2 to 3 days to be delivered

We also offer free international shipping on international orders over £60 to most countries.

Our international orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail International depending on where in the world an order is sent.

Tracking is provided on all orders once it is sent, this will be shown in your dispatch email.

We aim to send your order within 1 working day of receiving your payment. Orders received before 1pm UK time, will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). (*Shipping will be calculated at checkout and any delivery costs required will be added at this point.)
