Our product methods means there are no burn marks, we don’t engrave, we print or digitally foil your personalised message. With a choice of either a natural print finish or, to make it extra special, you can add silver or gold foil and a choice of box sizes.

The natural wood used in these boxes means that every one is different and the grain pattern will be different from that shown in the photos.

The memory box is a lovely solid pine storage box with birch ply lid with stamped hinges and without a clasp.

Please carefully check all the details and spellings/punctuation are correct, we do not offer a proof and will print exactly what is supplied by the customer. We will, however, exchange the word ‘and’ for ‘&’ as this takes up less space

Environment

We aim to produce gifts that are 100% recyclable, and we encourage all those enjoying opening envelopes to recycle them after they’ve completed their activities.

Our boxes are 100% recyclable, and are constructed from ‘greyboard’ which is made from a mix of recycled and waste paper. The outer wrap paper is also recyclable.

Where possible the paper we use for our card and envelopes is sourced from FSC certified suppliers.

Shipping Information

We wish we could hand deliver every order placed with us. Alas this isn't possible so we have to rely on the postman.

We offer free Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery on orders to the mainland UK over £20. These are usually delivered the next working day, but this is not guaranteed.
Express orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders less than £20 are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typical takes 2 to 3 days to be delivered

We also offer free international shipping on international orders over £60 to most countries.

Our international orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail International depending on where in the world an order is sent.

Tracking is provided on all orders once it is sent, this will be shown in your dispatch email.

We aim to send your order within 1 working day of receiving your payment. Orders received before 1pm UK time, will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). (*Shipping will be calculated at checkout and any delivery costs required will be added at this point.)
