Whether this gift is to be filled with birthday party treats to get the celebrations started, or part of a romantic anniversary gift simply select how any photos you would like to include and we’ll create a beautiful, and useful present. If you choose 12 photos the option to add up to 2 lines of text will be available, with the 16 image option there is no room for text.

The luxury box is supplied empty for you to fill with your own memories of a year, season or special event you want to treasure.

The box is 20cm x 20cm x 10cm in size.

We will display your images in the order supplied, please number the files if you have a specific order, or rearrange when you upload – instructions will be emailed once your order is placed. Wide shots won’t fit everyone in as each image in the grid is square so please choose carefully. If we have any queries regarding your photos we will be in touch.

How to upload your photos

When you have made a purchase you will be sent a link and instructions to upload your photos on our easy to use photo uploader. This will allow you to upload multiple photos at the same time, see the photos already uploaded to order them and remove any uploaded by mistake. Environment

We aim to produce gifts that are 100% recyclable, and we encourage all those enjoying opening envelopes to recycle them after they’ve completed their activities.

Our boxes are 100% recyclable, and are constructed from ‘greyboard’ which is made from a mix of recycled and waste paper. The outer wrap paper is also recyclable.

Where possible, the paper we use for our card and envelopes is sourced from FSC-certified suppliers.

Shipping Information

We wish we could hand deliver every order placed with us. Alas, this isn't possible, so we have to rely on the postman.

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on orders to the mainland UK over £10. These are usually delivered within 3 working day, but this is not guaranteed.
Express orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We also offer free international shipping on orders over £60 to most countries.

Our international orders are sent via Royal Mail International, and tracked depending on the destination.

Tracking is provided on all orders once dispatched and will be shown in your dispatch email.

We aim to send your order within 1 working day of receiving your payment. Orders received before 1pm UK time will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

*Shipping will be calculated at checkout, and any delivery costs required will be added at this point.

Printing Information

Unframed prints are printed in-house with great care. We print on 250gsm premium matt paper using a set of 12 ink colours to get your print looking just as it should.

Framing Information

All our frames are made to order. Please allow 6 working days for delivery on these items. We work with only the best materials and tradespeople. If you have any queries about your order, please do get in touch.

Canvas Information

Every canvas is:

• Handmade with great care.
• Printed with genuine, pigment, fade-resistant inks that will not fade for 100+ years.
• Supplied with a dentate (sawtooth) hanger so they are ready to hang on your wall.
• Individually bubble wrapped and carefully packed in a sturdy, custom-made box for total protection of your print.
