The luxury box is supplied empty for you to fill with your own memories of a year, season or special event you want to treasure.

Choose from a kraft (brown), black, grey or white gift box which is 20cm x 20cm x 10cm in size then select your colour for the wording. The main (primary) text must be completed and the secondary text (for example a date) is optional.

Upload a photo and we’ll do the rest. If your photo isn’t square then we’ll crop it. For quality the photo should be at least 3mb in size, if there are any questions or problems with your image we’ll get in touch.

Environment

We aim to produce gifts that are 100% recyclable, and we encourage all those enjoying opening envelopes to recycle them after they’ve completed their activities.

Our boxes are 100% recyclable, and are constructed from ‘greyboard’ which is made from a mix of recycled and waste paper. The outer wrap paper is also recyclable.

Where possible the paper we use for our card and envelopes is sourced from FSC certified suppliers.

Shipping Information

We wish we could hand deliver every order placed with us. Alas this isn't possible so we have to rely on the postman.

We offer free Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery on orders to the mainland UK over £20. These are usually delivered the next working day, but this is not guaranteed.
Express orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders less than £20 are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typical takes 2 to 3 days to be delivered

We also offer free international shipping on international orders over £60 to most countries.

Our international orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail International depending on where in the world an order is sent.

Tracking is provided on all orders once it is sent, this will be shown in your dispatch email.

We aim to send your order within 1 working day of receiving your payment. Orders received before 1pm UK time, will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). (*Shipping will be calculated at checkout and any delivery costs required will be added at this point.)
