A merry little Christmas treat for someone who needs a breather

December fills up fast. Between the work dos, the school plays and the Christmas shopping, there is not much time left for sitting still. This box gives someone permission to do just that: put the eye mask on, make a warm drink and let the rest of Christmas wait for half an hour.

It works as a Secret Santa present, a stocking filler for a sister or a friend, a thank you for a neighbour or a teacher, or something for a colleague before the office closes for Christmas.

What is in the Merry Little Treat Box

A warming eye mask with a relaxing chamomile scent. It heats up by itself once opened, with no microwave needed, and rests over the eyes for a few minutes of quiet. A handful of mini candy canes for the stocking, the desk or the tree. Then choose their warm drink: a GNAW hot chocolate spoon to stir into warm milk, in one of four flavours including milk chocolate and caramel, or a Spice Kitchen mulled wine spice kit, with two sachets that each warm through a bottle of red wine, or a litre of cider or apple juice.

Everything is packed together in a box and nicely presented, ready to hand over or open on the doorstep.

To send it straight to the recipient, add their address in the shipping details at checkout and include a gift note. We print the note and include it with the order. Everything goes out in plain packaging, so nothing gives the contents away on the doorstep, and no prices or invoices are included in the parcel. The estimated delivery date shown by the Add to basket button tells you when it should arrive.

Environment

We aim to produce gifts that are 100% recyclable, and we encourage all those enjoying opening envelopes to recycle them after they’ve completed their activities.

Our boxes are 100% recyclable, and are constructed from ‘greyboard’ which is made from a mix of recycled and waste paper. The outer wrap paper is also recyclable.

Where possible, the paper we use for our card and envelopes is sourced from FSC-certified suppliers.

Shipping Information

We wish we could hand deliver every order placed with us. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible – so we have to rely on the postman.

Most items ship for free in the UK. Where free delivery applies, it is clearly shown in the product information, so you will know before you order.

Free UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 to mainland UK addresses. These are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, but this is not guaranteed.

We offer an upgrade to Tracked 24 (next working day) or express, which is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

You can choose to have your order delivered to your own address, sent directly to the recipient, or delivered to a Royal Mail parcel locker or collection point convenient for you. Please note the lockers will hold the order for 3 days, and returned orders will be subject to an additional charge to resend.

We also offer free international shipping on orders over £60 to most countries. Our international orders are sent via Royal Mail International, and tracked depending on the destination.

Tracking is provided on all orders once dispatched and will be shown in your dispatch email.

We aim to send your order within 1 working day of receiving your payment. Orders received before 12pm UK time will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
